This package contains the following files:

*************** Before you install ***********
---------------------------------------------------------------------

	- Make sure you have enough free memory in the temporary directory 
	  on your system and that read, write and run access rights have been granted. 
	- Close all other programs before starting the installation.


System Requirements:
	- Microsoft Windows 98, ME, NT (Service Pack 6 or higher), 2000 or XP
	- Pentium compatible PC
	- 64 MB RAM
	- 250 MB (CJK version: 300 MB) available hard disk space
	- 800x600 resolution or higher, at least 256 colors

Note: Administrator rights are needed for the installation process.

**************How to Install*****************
---------------------------------------------------------------------

If installed from a Ballast Water Reporting e-Form CD:
	-Run the setup.exe file
	This would copy all the required dll's to your system.

If you have a downloaded version:
	-UnZip the file "Ballast Water Reporting Software.zip".
	-Run the setup.exe file.

The Ballast Water Reporting e-Form will be installed on your machine.
To run the software click on Start>Programs>Ballast Water Reporting e-Form
